The top source of stress is fear of family or friends getting infected with Covid-19 (50.5%). Social isolation from WFH, financial hardships and relationship problems are other causes. We are a team of doctors, psychologists and therapists led by a Stanford-trained doctor who was the founding Chief of Psychiatry in Sengkang General Hospital. We have developed training materials and delivered resilience workshops for frontline healthcare workers in a major general hospital during the pandemic that made a big difference to our staff. We witnessed how pandemic-related stress and social isolation can translate to high rates of burnout. We hope to extend the same type of resilience training, care and support for companies in Southeast Asia.

 

 

TRAINING PROGRAM

Building Team Resilience

This is a half-day virtual or in-person workshop that will be delivered by our medical doctors or therapists. It aims to equip managers with skills to build resilience in their teams. We will share scientifically-proven resilience tools and facilitate experiential and interactive learning. We will provide suggestions to your Human Resource team to improve the rates of implementation.
